Main article: The Voice Teens (Philippines season 1)

During the auditions of the first season of ABS-CBN's The Voice Teens that aired on May 14, 2017, Glinoga performed Sharon Cuneta's "Ikaw", Coaches Sarah Geronimo and Sharon Cuneta both pressed their buttons for him, telling him that that he can be molded to become a more talented artist. The episode also revealed that his family and relatives were big supporters of Sharon Cuneta making him pick Cuneta as his coach.

After the blind auditions, Jeremy advanced to the Battle rounds where he had a heartfelt duet with Heather Hawkins with the song "Sana Maulit Muli". The four coaches were amazed by their performance especially Coach Lea Salonga who remembered a lot of memories with that song. That Battle round performance is one of the performances that racked up millions of Youtube views.

Glinoga eventually advanced to the finals after singing Harry Styles' "Sign of the Times" during the live semi-finals held at the studio of ABS-CBN. He garnered the highest number of public votes and score from Coach Sharon. Salonga, one of the coaches commented that Glinoga is deserving to be on the spotlight.

In the finale, during the first round which was a duet with the coach, Glinoga performed Dionne Warwick's song "I'll Never Love This Way Again" with Coach Sharon. On the final round of the competition, Glinoga sang "Dahil Mahal na Mahal Kita", where received a standing ovation from Coach Sharon, Sarah and Bamboo. At the end of the competition, Jona Soquite of Team Sarah was proclaimed the champion of the season.
