Abdullah Mohamed H. Al-Buloushi (born 5 September 1960) is a Kuwaiti former footballer. He played for Al Arabi and Kuwait.He was one of the best football players to ever play the game he won 7 Kuwait Premier League 1979–80 Kuwaiti Premier League,1981–82 Kuwaiti Premier League,1982–83 Kuwaiti Premier League,1983–84 Kuwaiti Premier League,1984–85 Kuwaiti Premier League,1987–88 Kuwaiti Premier League,1988–89 Kuwaiti Premier League with Al arabi a AGCFF Gulf Club Champions League with Al-Arabi SC (Kuwait) in 1st GCC Club Championship and 2 Arabian Gulf Cup 6th Arabian Gulf Cup 8th Arabian Gulf Cup with Kuwait and 2 Kuwait Emir Cup he is widely known as the best Kuwaiti player and best Middle East players his best performance in the Arabian Gulf Cup was in the 5th Arabian Gulf Cup were he scored 4 goals that tournament 2 against the United Arab Emirates national football team and 2 against Qatar national football team to help kuwait finish runner ups

Al-Buloushi is best known for scoring a goal against France in the 1982 World Cup. France won the game 4–1. He also played for Kuwait at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
