Indonesia Super League → QNB League – Yesterday, QNB (Qatar National Bank) signed a 3-year agreement with the ISL to change its name to QNB League. ISL has not yet moved to a new website, but their page now lists the Liga Indonesia as "QNB League". Elspamo4 (talk) 22:01, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose - Sponsorship does not qualify an article to be moved, the official name is Indonesia Super League. It will need another rename and move if after three years QNB does not sponsor ISL again. Major examples: La Liga (BBVA as sponsor), Premier League (Barclays as sponsor), AFF Championship (Suzuki as sponsor) and Africa Cup of Nations (Orange as sponsor). - Indeed you are correct, this was a major oversight on my part. Before you pointed me towards those wiki articles, I was under the impression that the sponsorship names were the official names of those leagues (probably since I've been playing FIFA lately). As far as I'm concerned this can be closed. Elspamo4 (talk) 23:53, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
