Hi.

"Second season syndrome" may be a 'now-common phrase' in football parlance. It isn't. But it may be somewhere. I'm pretty sure it isn't anywhere, actually. In fact, I suspect that the author of this terrible article is the only person who is using it any longer.

In any case, whether it is a 'now-common phrase' — and it isn't — or not, it is not notable. Nor is it possible to verify this claim that it is a 'now-common phrase'. I could argue at length (though I don't have time to now) that the article is patent nonsense.

For these reasons and others, I recommend this article for deletion.
