This article has serious grammatical errors,

to the point that the meaning of the opening paragraph is not easily gleaned from reading it. I understand the authors are not native speakers of English, and I mean no offense to them, but this article needs to be cleaned up. I am willing to guess on the meaning in rewriting it, but I would encourage someone who is more familiar with this topic to attempt an edit with grammar in mind.
