notability
It is not quite clear from the article why the subject is notable enough for Misplaced Pages. By WP:ORG, the main criterion for notability is that the subject has been covered in secondary sources. Maybe there are books, newspaper articles, etc. that mention the residency? Please add them as references to the article.
If the subject is not notable, it might be best to merge this article with Stellenbosch University. For the time being, I am replacing the "importance" tag with "notability".

Tone and references
This article only has one citation and reads somewhere between a story, a commercial, and a travel review. I'm surprised that they didn't delete it. I recommend that this article is completely rewritten before someone moves it. Here are a few things blatantly pointing to this:
