His bio at the NOEMA was probably supplied by him, so it's not a good ref for the award. Do not include references that are not about him (e.g. the UIC lab - I could find him mentioned in there). Don't use flickr photos - you need published materials about him. The MMB site seems to be his own work - if so, it's not a viable reference. Check WP:CREATIVE to see if there are other angles you could try. I think he's close, but should have better refs. Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
