  • That's impressive, TheLonelyPather. I've been on a reprieve for a bit, but I was working on a draft about Li Minghui (the daughter of Li Jinhui). It's missing almost seventy years of her life, so I'm hoping that the resource exchange can get me a copy of her biography in the Shanghai Dictionary... oddly enough, the Chinese-language sources are almost entirely Sohu and other user-generated content.  — Chris Woodrich (talk) 17:43, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
    @Crisco 1492 One should not expect great standards for Chinese-language sources. Chinese Misplaced Pages-equivalents are more or less of a wild west. Also be aware that the Shanghai Dictionary, being compiled by official committees, would only present people's biographies in politically suitable ways. I wish you luck!     Yep, I expected as much. Unfortunately, English-language sources seem to have stopped looking into her past 1931, and Baidu claims that she was acting until 1938.
