They are called Tank Tops because the reactions they cause explode like a top of a tank.
A lot of Women like to wear Tank Tops in the summer because they let the sunshine on their shoulders and a lot of Men like to see Women in Tank Tops.
It is unknown when the Tank Top was first invented but it has been around for a long time.
