Allium exaltatum is a species of flowering plant in the onion genus, Allium. It is a bulbous geophyte endemic to Cyprus.

The plant was first described as Allium paniculatum subsp. exaltatum by Robert Desmond Meikle in 1983. In 2004 it was designated a separate species as Allium exaltatum.
