Amy Odell is an American author, journalist, editor, and media consultant.

Odell grew up in Austin, Texas. She graduated from New York University.

Career

Amy Odell was the former editor for Cosmopolitan.com. She is the author of a biography of Anna Wintour, Anna: The Biography (2020), which has been translated into French and German. She is also the author of Tales From the Back Row: An Outsider's View from Inside the Fashion Industry (2015) and a variety of articles, ranging from articles in The Economist to Time Magazine to Business of Fashion.
