Andrei Valerievich Fomin (Russian: Андрей Валерьевич Фомин; 4 August 1965 – 1 July 2023) was a Russian lawyer and state prosecutor. He served as acting prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea from 2016 to 2017 and he was prosecutor of Chuvashia from 2020 to 2023.

Fomin died from drowning on 1 July 2023, at the age of 57.
