The 1992–93 Asian Cup Winners' Cup was the third edition of association football competition run by the Asian Football Confederation specifically for its members cup holders.
First round
Sing Tao withdrew. PIA and York both withdrew; the tie was scratched.Balestier withdrew. Mohammedan withdrew. Safa withdrew.
Second round
Mohammedan were drawn against the winner of PIA and York , but both teams withdrew.
