AssureSign (now Nintex AssureSign) is a company that produces electronic signature software for computers. Their software can be used a Software as a service (SaaS) application or installed on customer premises. Documents are signed using a computer that has an Internet connection.

Software

The electronic signature software uses biometric, handwritten, and mouse-based signatures. These can be integrated with existing environments. AssureSign has also been integrated with other third-party applications.

History

The electronic signature technology was developed in 2006 by Third Party Verification, Inc. (3PV). AssureSign LLC was formed as a separate company in 2008 by David Brinkman and Dale Combs. From 2009 to 2011, AssureSign and 3PV were included in the Orlando Sentinel's list of Top 100 Companies for Working Families.

In July 2021, AssureSign was purchased by Nintex.
