Edward Bernard Carter (born August 22, 1971) is a former American football linebacker who played for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 1994 NFL draft. He played college football at East Carolina University. First Team All-IFA(1992 & 1993)
