William L. Walker Jr. (born October 24, 1960) is an American politician, who has served in the Arkansas House of Representatives and Arkansas Senate. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1987–1994; and the Arkansas Senate from 1995–2002. He often uses the name Bill Walker, and lives in Little Rock.

Walker was born in Little Rock. He is Baptist. He is married and has a daughter. He unsuccessfully campaigned in 2006 to be Mayor of Little Rock.
