Bleuchâtel cheese

Bleuchâtel (French pronunciation: [bløʃatɛl]) is a Swiss blue cheese produced from pasteurized cow's milk in Les Ponts-de-Martel in Switzerland. Its name comes from bleu (blue in French) and Neuchâtel.
