Cemil Tugay (born 13 June 1967) is a Turkish medical surgeon and politician who is the current Mayor of İzmir, the third largest city of Turkey. He was elected in the 2024 local elections.
He was previously the District Mayor of Karşıyaka between 2019 and 2024, one of İzmir's most populous and central districts.
