Chagunius is a genus of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Cyprinidae. which includes the carps, barbs and related fishes. The fishes in this genus occur in South and Southeast Asia.

- Chagunius chagunio (F. Hamilton, 1822) (Chaguni)
