Councillor Clare Penny-Evans is a Labour Party politician in North East England who has served as Deputy Northumbria Police and Crime Commissioner since July 2024. She is a Councillor for the Heaton ward on Newcastle City Council.

She is vice chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Coordination Committee, and has previously served on the Cabinet as Cabinet Member for Climate Change and Communities.
