This article was created to compliment the existing .mail article and to provide clarity to anyone looking for information regarding the .home gTLD. Several registrars still have web sites up regarding the registering of the .home gTLD, all with the status of pending on when it will be available. This is someone disingenuous as it implies that ICANN will reverse the decision is passed in 2018, citing that no further consideration of applications for the .home gTLD will be made.
