Fazal-ur-Rehman (Bengali: ফজলুর রহমান) is a Bangladeshi politician and a former member of parliament for Kishoreganj-3.

Fazal-ur-Rehman started his career as a student leader. He was the president and general secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra League. Then he joined its mother party Bangladesh Awami League. He was elected to the parliament from Kishoreganj-3 as a Awami League candidate in 1986. Later he joined BNP. He is the president of the Kishoreganj District unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party.
