The society publishes GFF (formerly Geologiska Föreningens i Stockholm Förhandlingar), a peer-reviewed academic journal which focused on the geology, paleontology, and petrology of Baltoscandia and Northern Europe in general. It also published the quarterly magazine Geologisk Forum.
