Gerardo Xavier Hernández Tapia (born 29 October 1968) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. He served as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the State of Mexico. Hernandez Tapia, while city mayor and congressman was accused of corruption.
