Hari Singh Kumher (11 May 1928 – 14 August 2016) was an Indian politician from Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He served as minister in Government of Rajasthan for Animal husbandry between 1998 and 2003. He was elected to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for three terms in 1980, 1993, 1998 from Deeg-Kumher. He was a member of the Indian National Congress.
