Ikh-Tamir (Mongolian: Их тамир, romanizedIh tamir, pronounced [ˈiç ˈtʰæmʲɪr]; "Great Tamir") is a sum (district) of Arkhangai Province in central Mongolia. The Tamir River passes through the sum. In 2009, its population was 5,247.
