Isoup Ganthy (12 November 1929 – 6 December 1976) was a Cambodian equestrian. He competed in the individual jumping event at the 1956 Summer Olympics. Afterwards, he became a diplomat representing the Norodom Sihanouk-led GRUNK government-in-exile during the 1970s. Shortly after the 1970 Cambodian coup d'état, he seized the country's embassy in Prague, Czechoslovakia from representatives of Lon Nol's Khmer Republic government, which had established de facto control over Cambodia. Ghanthy later served as ambassador to Albania and Sweden. He was arrested by the Khmer Rouge and died in the Tuol Sleng prison.
