The Jeddah Corniche Circuit (Arabic: حلبة كورنيش جدة) is a 6.174 km (3.836 mi) motor racing street circuit built in the Red Sea port city of Jeddah, in Saudi Arabia. The circuit staged the inaugural Saudi Arabian Grand Prix on 5 December 2021 as the penultimate race on the 2021 Formula One season calendar.

History

Identified as the fastest street circuit in Formula One, the track is the third-longest track on the Formula One calendar, with Spa-Francorchamps and Las Vegas Strip Circuit being longer. The track has three consecutive DRS zones.

The circuit is located on the Jeddah Corniche adjoining the Red Sea. The circuit was designed by Carsten Tilke, son of the famed circuit designer, Hermann Tilke.

In November 2022, Jeddah Corniche Circuit hosted the season finale of 2022 World Touring Car Cup. Instead of the Grand Prix layout, a shorter 3.450 km (2.144 mi) layout was configured for that race.

Also in February 2025, Jeddah Corniche Circuit will host the Saudi Arabian round of the Formula E championship instead of Riyadh Street Circuit. A different layout will be built for the Formula E race, in which the circuit length will be shortened to 3.001 km (1.865 mi), with the addition of a hairpin connecting Turn 3 to Turn 22 on the F1 layout, and some chicanes were added on the front and back straightaways.
