Josef Šnajdr (22 January 1909, Luhačovice – 14 September 1992, Brookwood, Surrey) was a Czechoslovak Major General, pilot and later commander of the 311th Czechoslovak Bomber Squadron of the Royal Air Force during World War II, recipient of multiple military decorations.

On 17 January 1942, he was part of the crew on during a raid on Bremen. Their Vickers Wellington was shot down and crashed in the Netherlands. Jindřich Svoboda, J. Brož and R. Mašek died while K. Batelka, Z. Sichrovský and Šnajdr survived.
