Joseph Isaac (born 1969) is a Dominican politician from Dominica Labour Party, serving as Speaker of the House of Assembly of Dominica since 2020.

Isaac was born on 14 January 1969. He studied economics and business administration in Georgia State University. He worked as a teacher in Dominica Grammar School, and in 1993 worked in the ministry of treade and industry and commerce.

He was elected to the House of Assembly of Dominica in 2014 representing United Workers' Party. However, he crossed the floor from United Workers' Party to Dominica Labour Party (DLP). He was not elected in the 2019 elections. He was appointed a DLP candidate for Speaker of the House, and was sworn in on 10 February 2020.
