Kara Dacosta (born 18 April 2007) is a British sprinter.
Career
She was a silver medalist in the 400 metres at the 2024 European Athletics U18 Championships in Slovakia running 52.60 seconds in the final. She also won a bronze medal as part of the medley relay at the championships. She was a bronze medalist in the 4 x 400 metres relay at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru.
Personal life
From Lancashire, she attended Darwen Vale High School and is a member of Blackburn Harriers.
