Kastamonu Eyalet (Ottoman Turkish: ایالت قسطمونی, romanized: Eyālet-i Qasṭamōnī) was an eyalet of the Ottoman Empire.

- Sanjak of Bolu (Paphlagonia)
- Sanjak of Virantsehir (Honorias) (near Eskipazar?)
