Kazunori Yamanoi (山井 和則, Yamanoi Kazunori, born January 6, 1962) is a Japanese politician of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, who serves as a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Osaka, he attended Kyoto University as both undergraduate and graduate. He also studied at Lund University in Sweden for two years. Yamanoi was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2000 and served as Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in the Yukio Hatoyama and Naoto Kan Cabinets from 2009 to 2010.
