Koźmin is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgorzelec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border.

It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south of Zgorzelec, and 142 kilometres (88 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

In 2009 the village had a population of 182.
