Kwon Eun-ji (Korean: 권•은지, 権恩志; born 13 December 2002) is a South Korean sport shooter. She represented South Korea at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo 2021, where she placed 7th in women's 10 metre air rifle.

Competing in the 2024 ISSF World Cup, she won the gold medal in air rifle in Granada in February, and placed fourth in the world cup final in October.
