The Ugliest Woman in the World (Spanish: La mujer más fea del mundo) is a 1999 Spanish science fiction comedy film directed by Miguel Bardem from a screenplay by Nacho Faerna which stars Elia Galera and Roberto Álvarez.
Plot
The plot is set in a futuristic 2011 Madrid, capital of the 3rd (Spanish) Republic. Extremely ugly woman Lola Otero is transformed into a beauty in the wake of an experiment carried out by a mad scientist, thereby going into a killing rampage to take revenge for all the humilliations she has suffered.
