  1. Certain award groups do not simply award one winner. They acknowledge several different recipients, have runners-up, and have third place. Since this is a specific recognition and is different from losing an award, runner-up mentions are considered wins in this award tally. For simplification and to avoid errors, each award in this list has been presumed to have had a prior nomination.

The British singer-songwriter Raye, born Rachel Agatha Keen, has won numerous accolades throughout her career, including six Brit Awards, four Global Awards, two Ivor Novello Awards, and two MTV Europe Music Awards. In 2014, she signed to the label Polydor Records to persue a musical career, beginning to release her own songs and write for other artists, including Beyoncé and Charli XCX.

Raye won her first award at the 2017 MTV Europe Music Awards as part of the Artists for Grenfell charity single "Bridge over Troubled Water". She was featured on the Jax Jones song "You Don't Know Me", which was among her several dance releases. It marked her first nomination at the Brit Awards in the 2018 ceremony, and provided her a ASCAP London Music Award. Other nominated singles by Raye include "Secrets" with Regard and "Bed" with the DJs Joel Corry and David Guetta.

In 2022, Raye signed to the independent company Human Re Sources after a repeated conflict with Polydor. My 21st Century Blues, her debut studio album, was released on 3 February 2023 to critical and commercial success, and spawned several singles. It garnered her various accolades, including an AIM Independent Music Award and a Brits Billion Award by the British Phonographic Industry, becoming one of the first artists to win the latter. In 2024, Raye broke the record for the artist with most wins at a single Brit Awards ceremony with six, including British Album of the Year for My 21st Century Blues, Song of the Year for "Escapism", and British Artist of the Year. Her 2024 single "Genesis" was Raye's first nomination at the MTV Video Music Awards. In December 2024, she was included on the BBC's 100 Women list. Raye is nominated for three categories at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist.
