Múcsony (Slovak: Mučoň; Rusyn: Мучонь) is a village in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County in northeastern Hungary.

Etymology

The name is of Slavic origin and it probably comes from Mučín or Milčín/Miličín. 1219 Mulchun.
