Marija Selak Raspudić (née Selak; born 14 March 1982) is a Croatian philosopher, bioethicist and politician.

Since 2020, she has been a member of the Croatian Parliament. From September to October 2020, she was a substitute member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe representing The Bridge. In July 2024, she announced her candidacy for the 2024 Croatian presidential election as an independent. She is married to Nino Raspudić.
