Masakatsu Koike (小池 正勝, Koike Masakatsu, born January 17, 1952 in Itabashi, Tokyo) is a Japanese politician. He is a member of the House of Councillors representing the Tokushima at-large district and a member of the Liberal Democratic Party.

1975 | Graduated from the University of Tokyo. Entered the Ministry of Construction. |
1993 | Became the Mayor of Tokushima, Tokushima. |
2004 | Became a member of the Diet. |
