Milaja (Arabic: الملاجة) is a Syrian village located in Kafr Nabl Nahiyah in Maarrat al-Nu'man District, Idlib. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Milaja had a population of 486 in the 2004 census.
