Neha Sillay (born 19 May 2006) is an Indian professional footballer from Haryana who plays for the club Odisha in the Indian Women's League. She was part of the Indian squad which played at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.

- Oct 2022: Under-17 friendly matches in Spain against WSS Barcelona.
