The Green Party of Prince Edward Island leadership election has been called by the resignation of leader Peter Bevan-Baker and will be held in 2025 or 2026 on Prince Edward Island.

In July 2023, Karla Bernard, MLA was named interim leader.

Previous leader Peter Bevan-Baker, MLA resigned following the significant loss of party seats in the previous provincial election.

None of the above

The None of the above ballot option was available to members.

  • February 2024, Green Party of PEI candidate Matt MacFarlane wins a by-election for Borden-Kinkora.
  • April 2024 it is announced that the election will take place after the next federal election.
