History

PeoplePlus was acquired in 2015 by Staffline Group PLC. The formation of PeoplePlus resulted from the merger of three companies previously owned by Staffline: EOS (acquired in 2011), Avanta (acquired in 2014), and A4e (acquired in 2015).

PeoplePlus acquired LearnDirect Apprenticeships in 2018.

In 2019, PeoplePlus provided educational services in 26 prisons in Britain.
