Phyllis Else Maureen Perkins (née Green; 22 February 1934 – 22 February 2023) was a British middle-distance runner. She competed in the women's 800 metres at the 1960 Summer Olympics. She also represented England in the 880 yards at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth, Australia.
Perkins died on 22 February 2023, her 89th birthday.
