Anatomy
- Body elongate and depressed, abdomen parallel-sided.
- Antennae inserted under shelf-like corners of frons
- Tarsi 5-5-5
Ecology
- Habitat: many species under bark of decaying trees.
- Collection method: barking.
- Biology: some are saprophages or mycophages.
