The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP; Spanish: Departamento de Transportación y Obras Públicas) is the Executive Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico that regulates transportation and public works in Puerto Rico. The agency's headquarters are located in San Juan.
