The Rancho San Pedro Locos (RSP) is a Mexican American street gang from the Rancho San Pedro projects in San Pedro, California. The gang was founded in the 1970s. They are connected to the Sureños

Other notable incidents

In 2011, 81 members were arrested by a gang sweep called "Operation Pirate Town" by 1,300 federal, state and local law enforcement officers.

Until 1996, Dodge City Crips and Rancho San Pedro coexisted in the Rancho San Pedro housing projects, until a Dodge City Crip member was murdered, with the Rancho San Pedro Gang allegedly behind the killing. Fatal shootouts occurred between Dodge City and Rancho San Pedro members.
