Rikke Poulsen (born 20 April 1986) is a former Danish handball player and current goalkeeping coach for Team Esbjerg. She represented the Danish national team at the 2013 World Women's Handball Championship in Serbia.

She started playing handball at the age of 4 at her local club Ejsing Boldklub.
