Ruslan Aitbaevich Kazakbayev (Russian: Руслан Айтбаевич Казакбаев; born 18 May 1967) is a Kyrgyzstani politician. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs as of October 2020. Kazakbayev was dismissed on April 22, 2022.
